Ingredients
- 6 habanero peppers
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 head of garlic (about 12 cloves)
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp hickory liquid smoke
Directions
- Chop onion and start to sauté
- Chop garlic and finish sautéing with onion
- Deseed and devein habaneros and chop
- Chop pineapple
- Blend onion, garlic, habanero, and pineapple until smooth
- Mix all ingredients into a deep sauce pan (to minimize splatter)
- Heat on medium, stirring occasionally until thickens
